Tikkun Olam Initiative (dba SoulTech, Tikkun Olam) respects the intellectual property of others. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Filing a DMCA Notice

Send to: [email protected] with subject "DMCA Takedown Notice" and include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with URL/location
3. Your name, address, phone, and email
4. A statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
5. A statement: "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notification

If material you posted was removed, you may file a counter-notification with the above elements asserting the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
