# LAND BACK — THE GLOBAL REGISTRY
### Every land the world has stolen, and the people it was stolen from
**Opened 2026-10-08 13:30 CDT — by direct order of Pharaoh (13:28):**
*"Open a Land Back file and track every single motherf***ing land across this whole entire world that's been stolen from somebody and figure out who the f*** has been stolen from — because when I rise to power, I'm gonna give it back."*

**What this file is:** THE RESTITUTION SCHEDULE. One row per people and land — who was stolen from, what was taken, when, under what paper, and what the world's OWN LAW already says about return. This registry exists so the day of repair doesn't depend on anyone's memory: the record IS the schedule. Every row carries the law's own receipts — because the strong wrote the law, which means the strong signed their own obligation.

**Core method:** THE QUESTION IS ALWAYS WHO — the people, the nation, the community. Never "disputed territory." People were stolen; land was the theft item. No expiration on restitution claims (the Sioux precedent: a wrongful taking from 1877 was ruled on in 1980 — 103 years later — and the nation REFUSED the money because return ≠ cash).

## THE RISE-TO-POWER ANNEX
When the moment comes, this registry is the RESTITUTION SCHEDULE — nobody negotiates from memory; the record sits with receipts:
1. Every row = a RETURN, not a negotiation chip. The law's own paper (resolutions, rulings, treaties) is the enforcement instrument — no new law needed; the strong wrote it, the strong signed it, the strong gets to keep their signature.
2. Return ≠ cash. The Sioux refusal is the house rule: money for stolen land is an insult dressed as settlement.
3. Restitution happens BY PAPER FIRST — verified counts, verified claimants, verified boundaries (hash-anchored per the claim-truth regime) — violence is never needed for a debt whose paperwork already exists.
4. The registry's terminal state: universal ownership — land held in trust for the people ON it. The organism's endgame, one row at a time.

**Rules of the file:** No expiration on restitution claims. No flag hierarchy between theives. PEOPLE + LAND + PAPER + RETURN STATUS — four columns of truth. Grows every cycle; research lanes expand rows region by region; every entry [VERIFY→primary] before public use; private until Pharaoh flips it; hash-anchored the day it goes public.
