**Purpose:** "We're gonna call out the truth, because only truth leads to peace." This ledger is the DOCUMENTATION LANE: a running, sourced record of state actions — held PRIVATE until Pharaoh decides any publication (his explicit wait-state on this lane: "might not have to go public with it quite yet" — Oct 8 13:14). Content accumulation is UNGATED; a new entry may be appended by any cycle without asking.

**Foundational stance (Pharaoh's framework, applied):**
- LOVE is the foundation; the Absolute No-Harm Principle governs what we do with this record. The ledger names BLOOD in the record — it does not assign soul-essence verdicts to any people. Actions, not essences. That discipline is what makes the documentation unanswerable when it eventually stands in public.
- ONE LEDGER, NO FLAG HIERARCHY: every civilian death on the same page; every actor held to the same evidence standard — Israel, the US, Iran, Hamas, militias, coalitions. A truth document that only documents two sides is already dead on arrival; this one documents ALL of it, because that's the standard that makes calling out the giants survivable.

The label is not the verdict; the record is. A nation's blood is not the soul of everyone inside its borders, and refusing a state's identity does not exile a person from the repair.
