This file carries no flags, no politics, no history, no analysis. Only the people the wars are killing — counted with attribution, named where names are verified, and the stop-map attached, because the truth here exists for one purpose: **to stop it.**

## THE PEOPLE — counted (v1: rows verified in-scan as of Oct 8)

### Gaza — a year into the "ceasefire"
- **1,460+ killed during the truce year** (aggregate, automated checks, 5 sources, Oct 8) — the war's fourth year opens. Children confirmed among the dead; disease spreading through displacement camps; families facing a THIRD winter in tents.
- **Israeli strikes continue daily despite the ceasefire** (BBC, Oct 8: "Every day there is killing").
- **Today:** strike killed two men adjacent to Kamal Adwan Hospital (IDF claims combatants; one was IDed publicly as a "civil defense worker"). Hospital-adjacent — logged under the same standard any actor's hospital incident is.

- **Today's cycle: 82 targets struck** after the Riyadh airport attacks; ground offensive pushing toward the capital.

### Saudi Arabia — under fire
- Riyadh airport + multiple sites struck (Houthi claims, Oct 5-6) — **civilian casualty counts pending**; 94 strikes/24h hit six provinces earlier in the week.

### The sea — the crews with no flag
- **EL GAIA: 5 dead, 2 missing** — crews whose names few printed.
- **Cape Dao: 1 Indian seafarer dead, 27 evacuated** — the torpedo still unclaimed.
- **4 tankers + the Qatar-waters hit (Oct 7-8): crew counts pending.**

### The wedding — the accountability hole

*The truth unit is a NAME. None are verified in this build — and none will be invented. The research lane fills this section from hospital, morgue, and registry sources — verified, one by one, with age. A count nobody can attach a name to is exactly the fog the killers hide in. This section grows until every row above has names attached.*

## WHAT WOULD HAVE SAVED THEM — and what stops it now
1. **The ceasefire actually kept** (Gaza: the paper held for a year while 1,460+ died — implementation failures logged every day).
2. **Phase clocks + verified compliance** (Hormuz/Oman lane): no spark pays for a war — every commitment a tamper-evident clock both sides can read.
3. **The civilian no-strike shield**: named hospitals, water systems, wedding halls, maternity wards — signed and attested, violations visible in hours.
4. **Aid corridors that are verifiably safe** (the WFP's northern ops are shutting because aid cannot be verified safe — verifiable corridors are the fix).
5. **Accountability that arrives in days** — the wedding probe sits at zero output; accountability delayed is accountability denied, and denial is why the next strike feels free.
6. **The land back, enforced by the law's own receipts** — UNSC 242's "inadmissibility of the acquisition of territory by war"; UNGA 194(III) right of return (unresolved 78 years); Geneva IV Art 49(6); the Sioux Nation's uncashed Black Hills check — a 1980 SCOTUS wrongful-taking ruling the powerful have simply refused to obey.
