You ordered a build crew, not a subscription.
Setup gigs are done-for-you builds executed on your own machine โ an assistant gateway, an agent fleet, a GPU server, a hardened box. The runbook for your tier exists before we take your money. You provide the machine and temporary access; we provide the build; you verify it worked with checks you run yourself, and the keys are rotated dead at handover.
After checkout you get an order number. It's your reference for everything below.
Write to [email protected] with your order number, the gig, and the tier (button below does it for you).
You tell us your hardware, OS, and starting state. You get a written compatibility verdict: whether your machine fits the tier you priced, exactly what we'll need from you, and the delivery window. Nothing is touched before that.
We execute the tier's runbook on your machine, hand over every key and receipt, and walk you through the acceptance checks below โ you run them, we watch.
The step-3 verdict exists for exactly this. If your machine or accounts don't fit the tier you priced, you hear it before work starts โ with what would fit โ and that's when a refund happens, not after a botched install.
A temp SSH account or a supervised screen-share, scoped to the tier's work. Audit tiers run on throwaway tokens by design. Everything rotates dead at handover โ you watch it happen in the acceptance checks.
You. Source, configs, scripts, the receipt page โ handed over with the keys. The build lives on your hardware under your accounts.
No. It's a defensive audit and hardening pass with findings stated plainly in a report you own โ no pentest certification, no regulatory qualifications, no guarantees we can't stand behind.
Day counts per tier are on the gig wall above, and the exact window is fixed in your step-3 verdict email before work starts โ never guessed after your money clears.
Full refund if we cannot deliver on hardware/accounts the pre-order check approved. Broken at handover: we fix it in the support window or you get the refund. Miss the promised delivery window without notice: refund โ no drama. The verdict-first check exists so this rule stays rare; we'd rather turn down a build than botch one.
